Outpatient Care at Evergreen Pointe

Active enough to stay home but require additional outpatient therapy?  Evergreen Pointe offers another convenient approach to your therapy needs.

You may want to continue outpatient services when you are well enough to return home from your stay at Evergreen Pointe.  The same therapy staff that you have worked with during your stay are available to continue to work with you on an outpatient basis.  Having the same staff gives you the edge to advancing your wellness plan because they have been with you the entire time of your transitional care stay.

There are other times that you do not require a stay at Evergreen Pointe prior to returning home after being in the hospital but require additional therapy.  Our team of therapists are available to you on an outpatient basis to help you get back to doing what you love.
