Evergreen Pointe is looking to change this mindset with their transitional care center that is unlike any other in the area, with a location in Waterloo, Illinois. Among other amenities, Evergreen Pointe offers: 14 private rooms, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and exercise area, meals cooked to order from the short order grill and bistro, a comfortable dining area, a whirlpool tub, as well as a large interactive therapy garden with a Koi pond and a covered veranda with a beautiful and relaxing view.
