Physician Visits

• Guests will be seen within the first 72 hours of admission by an attending physician.
• After that time, you can expect to be seen again by a physician or nurse practitioner on a regular basis.
• Evergreen Pointe has a Medical Director who assists in coordinating our clinical services, authorizes resident care policies and acts as a liaison between Evergreen Pointe and the medical community.
• If your personal physician cannot be contacted in an emergency situation, our Medical Director can provide care until your physician (or their alternate) can be reached.
